Yes we do. We will match the price (this price includes any shipping fees) of any Australian retailer trading under an ABN. Contact us through our contact page for price matching enquiries. 

We do accept returns within the first 14 days of your order being placed. The product must be unused and packed with all the original unused items. The product box and packaging must be undamaged (this excludes the outer box the item was shipped in). It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and cover all shipping costs. Contact us using our contact page if you wish to return an item.

- All skateboards and skateboard batteries are shipped using Direct Freight Express. This will take approximately 1-2 business days to reach Sydney addresses, 2-3 for Brisbane/Melbourne, 3-5 Perth. 

- All accessories (not including skateboard batteries) will be shipped using AusPost Express. This will also take approximately 1-2 business days to reach Sydney addresses, 2-3 for Brisbane/Melbourne, 3-5 Perth. 

- We strive to ship all orders out within 24 hours.

- Everything we sell on our website stocked in our shop in Sydney. If something is out of stock there will be an "out of stock" notice and the item will not be able to be purchased. 

- Once an order is shipped out you will be emailed a tracking number.

- If your package is taking too long or appears to be delayed, contact us and we will happily call up the delivery company to get an update for you. 

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all shipments. These will be sent to the email address you provided.

Message us through our contact page. We will get in contact with the shipping company and update you on the orders status ASAP. 

If nobody is home to receive a delivery, a card will be left with options on how to acquire your goods. It is the buyers responsibility to follow the instructions and initiate their chosen option. If no option is chosen and the goods cannot be reeived by anyone on subsequent delivery attempts, we will contact you using the phone number/email you provided to us during your order. We will notify you of the situation and help you resove it. If you don't respond to any of our contact attempts, your order will be returned to us, the sender. In this case you will receive a full refund minus shipping fees and merchant fees.

Yes. All the electric skateboards we stock are covered by manufacturers warranties. Check the items listing to find the warranty duration.

Manufacrurers recommend all electric skateboards are charged and run down to 60% battery for each month they remain unused. This is to prevent damage to the battery and maintain optimal health. We are comitted to this process and will charge boards we have in stock every month. Once charged to 100% we will flip the boards upside down and put sticky tape on the throttle of the controller. Running the boards until they reach 60% battery. This will build up mileage on the odometer, but as the board isn't under any load, won't wear any parts down.
